3.Order processing time is about 2-3 business days after order paid

4.We only accept return for unopened or all new product, return don't including shipping cost, taxes.The return or refund request must be submit within 7 days since you receive the package,after the period return and refund are not acceptable,but you can still get support if you have any technical issues 

5.Used products and opened products what do not accept return and refund,Repair service will provide to you if you have any troubles when use our products

6.The printing quality issues are not quality problem,as you know for any inkjet printer,the printing quality will depends on the head condition,and maintenance will affect the head condition

7.Customs clearance is 100% duty of buyer, we do not bear any lost what caused by customs clearances,so please contact your local carrier in time when parcel arrived, we can provide any document that you need for your order
