This depends, for 99% materials, uv printer don't need spray coating before printing, we can print immediately, the image is scratch resistance after printing;But for materials like glass and metal, we'd better spray coating before printing, even though we can print image on it ,but the image maybe easy to peel off after printing,so we advise to spray coating before printing to avoid this problem.

This depends, some package we provide free ink, some package doesn't comes with, so please contact us for this questions

The color image would last about 2-3 years without any problem,,even after 2-3 years, it still looks ok even with a little fade after time passed
